- Step 1: Scan your ID and SSN cards. The application collects scanned photos of your ID and SSN card, and you can scan the ID barcode to auto-fill certain fields.
- Step 2: Complete the job application form with personal information fields.
- Step 3: Answer a short set of questions related to the application.
- Step 4: Sign legal documents. The process redirects to an external signing portal to fill the form and then returns to the app to apply your signature. This set includes forms such as W-4, W-9, NC-4EZ, and I-9.
- Step 5: Validation and submission. Signatures are validated and documents are sent to IPD Company HR. If errors occur, the process can be restarted, and data is preserved. The app supports suspending the workflow to resume later with data retained.
